The registration fee for the conference is $180.00. All registered participants will receive a copy of the printed proceedings after the conference.

All paper presenters must register in advance of the conference. Others wishing to attend the conferencce should also register in advance. Please register as soon as possible, as this will assist in arranging conference events.
